hello,
i renew my subscription a few days ago and now every time i want to use wtfast wow crash to desktop.
Always just before the login screen.
Its a new clean windows 7 64 system with a new wow installation.
I always get this error message:
This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception!
Program: D:\Spiele\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
ProcessID: 3972
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:05DE5B21
The instruction at "0x05DE5B21" referenced memory at "0x05DE5B21".
The memory could not be "executed".

I had the same problem a few weeks ago 2 or 3 times, but then everything works again without any changes.
I try everything you wrote in the first post. No firewall, other port...
I used wtfast several months without any problems and i love it! Don´t want to play without it!

Maybe you can help me
Thanks

This might help us troubleshoot:

1. Disable all AV/FW temporarily and see if this makes and difference. (what firewall are you using?)
2. a. Download Microsoft's sporder tool from
http://www.proxifier.com/distr/sporder.exe
b. Run it.
c. Make a screenshot of the main window and send it to support@wtfast.com.
3. If game is crashing:
a. Start Game via WTFast, wait for crash.
b. If Game produces a crash report send the contents of the
crash report to us.
c. Close Game, keep WTFast running.
d. Download WinDbg from: http://wtfast.com/client/windbg.zip
e. Unpack it into a folder and run WinDbg.exe
f. Go to File->Open_Executable. Browse for Game directory and
open Game
g. Press F5. You will see lots of debug information in WinDbg
output. If you do not see output window click View->Command
h. Press F5 several times till you see the error message.
i. Save output and send it to support@wtfast.com.

It was Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 i bought last week. Even after deactivating the complete suit and firewall with all options i got the error message and Wow crashed.
Only a deinstallation of Bitdefender helped, and now everything works again.

Anyway, thanks for your help and happy new year!

Is this still happening, or was it just temporary?

Please try creating a file called "settings.ini" exactly in your WTFast folder. To do this, create a text file, but make sure to save it as "settings.ini" (with quotations) so it is not saved as a text file instead.

Inside the file, put:

[Settings]

LoginServer=84.16.252.200

Please let me know if that helps.

Sure, if you send an e-mail to support@wtfast.com we can e-mail an attachment.
