Hello everyone. I recently downloaded the trial account of WTFast to see if it helps with my game KR Blade and Soul, however after i create a "custom" game and choose the server location and click play, WTFast does not register as to having a game connected.

This is what happens after I click play and does not change. Eventually it shuts down after about an hour or so due to insufficient activity.

Blade and Soul requires me to access the game via their website. I set up the custom game like so.

That is how everyone plays it, after clicking play on WTFast there will be an error in Korean where you click ok and then run manually (same thing happens when I try to run GW2). And then WTFast should work and show something happening but it doesn't.

I have tried buying an advance account of WTFast but it will not accept my paypal for some reason. Because of this, I tried running WTFast in a different game to see if it works. It does not, I get the same problem as I showed in picture 1. The game I tried running was GW2.

I have also tried running WTFast without my firewall for GW2 and no changes.

Maybe something is interfering with WTFast.

Can you please run Start->Programs->WTFast->System_Settings, click "Diagnose" button and send the report to support@wtfast.com, linking this post?

Any update as to when I might get a response back on the diagnosis?
