The GM screwed up and they used WTFast as an excuse to cover up their mistake.
WTFast is not a regular proxy. You can see this when you use WTFast, when you log into WoW, you are logging directly into WoW, and not through our WTFast servers. You should see this clearly in the connection logs when you use WTFast, the login process is ignored by WTFast. From looking at your logs, I can also see that WTFast is definitely configured and working properly for you.
You can use WTFast safely, if it was not working properly, every time you use WTFast, it would create a temporary account lock for your WoW account.
Unfortunately sometimes WoW GMs do this, but if you contact them and tell them that you are not using a regular proxy, you are using WTFast and logging in with your own IP, they will see that they screwed up and reinstate your account. I am not sure why they do this sometimes, it is extremely easy to see what is happening.
